Cosmetic tattooing differs to traditional decorative form of tattooing in many ways both from uses and procedure. Some of the differences are cosmetic tattooing doesn't penetrate to the same depth as traditional tattooing and the pigment is specially developed to merge with the natural colors of the skin, unlike traditional tattooing which is designed to stand out on the skin.
How long does it last?
The treatment usually lasts from 2 to 5 years. Each person is different and it will depend on skin metabolism, pigment colour and other lifestyle factors, such as exposure to sun, chlorine and salt water.
Over time, the colour will fade but retouches can be applied. This will give you the flexibility to either enhance your original choice of colour or to choose new colour. We recommend the use of a high SPF sun block to prevent fading.
How long does the procedure take?
We start off with an initial free consultation where we discuss the colour and shape and conduct a trial. The procedure takes between 1 & 1& 1/2 hours. All cosmetic tattooes are done in 2 sessions and your second perfecting session will be held in 5-6 weeks to adjust shape, colour etc. The cost is inclusive from your first session.
Will it hurt?
We use a strong topical anesthetic to minimise discomfort.
What is involved in recovery?
You will be supplied with an After Care Guide during your consultation. The colour will appear 20-30% darker after initial procedure. You can normally resume your daily activities straight after your treatment.

People with non existing, over plucked, light, sparse or patchy eyebrows will benefit from this treatment. Procedure mimics the appearance of hair strokes in brow line, making them look natural and will bring fullness of the shape to the brows.
Eyeline
You can choose between a soft or bold outline on your top, bottom or both eyelids. This will give the appearance of recently applied eyeliner without all the hassle.
Lash Enhancement
Tiny eyelashes will be created with the implantation of pigment in the eyelash line which will make your eyelashes look longer and fuller, creating the effect of recently done eyelash tint.
Lipline, Lipblend or Full Lip
The lipline procedure will outline the lips edge, defines lip shape and can correct uneven lips.
A Lipblend achieves a shading result and is less obvious than a line. It will correct lip shape, enlarge lips and colour and fill in any white areas. If you are happy with your natural lip shape, lip blending can be used within the natural lip area for a shading effect of colour.
A full lip treatment will define the lip line, correct uneven lips and is used to create the appearance of fuller lips without surgery.

Eyebrows After Care Guide
Brows will appear 20-30% darker right after treatment. They will look as if they were heavily painted on with pencil. The colour will slowly peel away and it is absolutely necessary to apply cream Bepanthem 3-4 times a day, to keep area moist. Between applications, use cotton buds to gently remove old cream and to apply new cream. Avoid direct water pressure for at least 4-5 days and before showering apply cream which will work as waterproofing in case of a accidental contact. Itchiness of the treated area might be due of not enough cream, but remember more is not better. By day 5-7 peeling should be finished and a soft colour appears. During this period do not use cleanser or makeup on the treated are as it might pull out the pigment. In 2-3 weeks colour truly appears and becomes translucent, some might like it but for some people it might be too light. That's why all cosmetic tattoing is done in two sessions. With your next (perfecting) session we will perfect the colour, shape etc. remember all cost is inclusive.
Eyeliner and Eyelash Enhancement
Once again the eyeliner will appear quite dark on the day of treatment. You must put Bepanthem cream or Vaseline on the area to keep it moist. It also helps to develop a nice soft look to your eyeliner. Do not use any other cosmetics or cleansers on your eyes until the peeling is over and do not wash your eyes for at least 3 days. Your perfecting session is in 5-6 weeks to adjust all to your complete liking.

LipLine, Lip Blend & Full Lip aftercare guide.
If you have previously suffered from cold sores, a week prior to your treatment ensure that you take Lysine tablets and purchase a tube of Zovirex to use during your aftercare.
Lips will be slightly puffy and swollen and the colour will be 20-30% darker right after the treatment.
The next day the treated area will feel dry and tight. Apply Bepantham 4-5 times a day.
In the next 3-4 days DO NOT pick flakes/crusty bits. They will come off soon by themselves. Make sure you're applying the cream.
You will see the development of a nice soft colour in next 5-6 days. If a darker colour was chosen, this will show more.
The colour will bloom more and more each day. Remember that cosmetic tattooing is a step by step process and the healing of the lips takes a bit longer as they are vascular. Apply the cream which helps with colour retention.
3-4 weeks post treatment.
Lips will have developed full colour and after 5-6 weeks you are ready for your perfection session. Remember the cost is inclusive from your first treatment session.
Note: Full lip treatment wil take longer to heal. NO kissing (sorry!), hot foods or drinks. Do not use cleansers, lipstick or make-up. Do not apply direct water pressure from the shower until the flaking/peeling is finished, which might take 1-1 1/2 weeks.
